Guys, what do you think that if before 10th children could try 3-4 things like content creation, freelancing, tutoring (making their own course or through yt) then it can give them a lot of exposure and open many opportunities for them rather than just persuing doctor, enginner,CA , etc. as a profession...we want to work on this idea if we could create this environment to polish their skills through many competitions, helping them growing, providing a path.

Sharing the knowledge as much as possible is the way. It's ultimately the person's choice or of their parent's. In this digital era Exposure of different professions of its true nature would help in finding their interests.

Actually in today tech oriented time , I'm sure 10th pass have already seen many things and profession - they already have the exposure ( not experience tho ) ! Another aspect is parents ofcourse, you can't teach them or divert there brain on what would be best for them, I'm sure there are many services whp work at school level to give them guidance for this

I believe the idea is right but the timing is not right. I believe in the coming few years, parents will ultimately realize that this is the way to go for future when conventional jobs will either not exist at all or the style will completely change. That's the right time for such a thing.

Well I recently gave my 10th exams so I'm best to answer this. See the thing is that we all are aldredy aware of all these things. the most important thing is convincing our parents to ler us do all these things. As even if I'm making lakhs through YouTube, they will be hesitant to tell OTHERs that my son is a YouTuber
