If the leadership is good then even dictatorship doesn't feel like a dictatorship for eg Singapore,Russia, China. Dictatorship means government will avoid opinions of a particular section of public and will focus of policies and laws which promotes unity and not hatred. Best policies can include abolition of reservation, compulsory combat training for 20 yrs, better development in infrastructure ( when there will be no opposition parties in states government can now freely connect states according to the needs of people) Its benefits are endless but i will again say if the LEADERSHIP has good motives.
