make sure you have good enough clarity of below points: 1) whatever problem you are solving and why is it important to solve that 2) market size 3) any existing players in india/RoW and their success status or current revenue 4) why do you have a good enough and capable team 5) whatever you have achieved till now without raising capital 6) any evidences that people want that problem to be solved 7) your goals for next year 8) what all will be done with that money seed round is mainly about taking bet on founders, their vision and the problems they are solving for (solutions can vary and founders may pivot over the time which is completely fine) but Founders and Vision always remain constant so that's what matter to them All the best!
