That's a bummer to hear they couldn't back up their LCA claims with solid execution. Do you have any insight into whether it was just an implementation failing, or if their underlying methodology/data was flawed from the start? Or Do you think there were capability gaps on their team? Or was it more of an issue with their development processes/project management? I'm wondering if they put enough real research into developing a differentiated LCA approach.
