Pay close attention to Langchain's example notebooks for doing question-answering over documents. The strategies and prompting techniques they use could be adapted well for your website QA application. Also in addition to an LLM, you may want to explore using a specialized reader model for extracting relevant parts of the page to feed into the language model. Could boost accuracy.
