Pay close attention to Langchain's example notebooks for doing question-answering over documents. The strategies and prompting techniques they use could be adapted well for your website QA application. Also in addition to an LLM, you may want to explore using a specialized reader model for extracting relevant parts of the page to feed into the language model. Could boost accuracy.

I'd consider breaking up longer website pages into smaller chunks mapped to likely question contexts. That may help the LLM provide more accurate responses.

For that kind of use case, you'll definitely want to look into Langchain's utilities for web data retrieval and combining that with an LLM like OpenAI's models. The WebPageLoader tool could be really handy.
