I have seen in a few apps, now including medial, there’s an option to report a post even for the person who posted that said post. Is there any reason for giving this option? Am I missing to see the reason, because it makes no sense for me.

Two screen shots from @zomato app. Look carefully and tell me if it makes sense to give the 'no. of quantity' option till I reach 50,000 max amount to pay. I know this particular restaurant can hardly sell 500 burgers a month.
