HUL changes the distributer's margin i.e increasing the variable pay and decreasing the fixed . The motive behind this is to improve the quality of service given by distributer. It's simple the more you achieve target the more you get. But from distributer point of view they had to now pay more attention in order earn the similar amount which they use to earn simply by selling sku without any efforts. Usually brand like HUL are known to all and they a huge product width as well. People ask there product forefront. Then what is the need of this move?
