One of our college professor said developed country sees having kids as responsibility while underdeveloped or developing countries people see kids as way for there support bcz they raise kids and have kids to support there retirement. Anyway quality people not only come from rich family if you will see how many Millionaires are from inheritance and how many are self made than you will see the difference between is good number by self made millionaire being more in percentage.
