How can I approach startups for internship because they provide decent amount but we can grow very well in startup.Also if their is any referral please refer me as a front end developer.

Make a project on the startup you wise to join. Post it on social media platform such as Twitter and LinkedIn, tag the founders and HR or anyother relevant individual. Or you can just message directly founders of startup and ask if they need you pit

Yes you can. If possible try getting their email. If not get respond in LinkedIn you can try commenting on there recent post.
