Make a project on the startup you wise to join. Post it on social media platform such as Twitter and LinkedIn, tag the founders and HR or anyother relevant individual. Or you can just message directly founders of startup and ask if they need you pit

There are many mostly paid. There is one free method which use: For example- Medial is also a startup. When you go to playstore and look in app support section you will get one official support email of the company. For Medial it is "help@medial.app" and from Google and LinkedIn you can easily get names of founders. One you get them in this case "Niket Raj Dwivedi" Now you have try few combinations:- niket.dwivedi@medial.app niket@medial.app dwivedi@medial.app niket.raj.dwivedi@medial.app dwivedi@medial.app When you will try all this possibility you get the valid one by hit and trial method. In this can that is "niket@medial.app" (Gmail automatically shows which email is valid and which is not)
