What are the pros and cons of an Mba degree from a tier 1 college in India for an aspiring entrepreneur?

Can anyone explain me how can someone who is not from India's top prestigious engineering/ management colleges such as IIT and IIMs but from a 2nd tier college can start a entrepreneurship journey without any mentorship or alumini support ??
