If u want to build mvp of ur idea then try flutterflow..it's low code tool. U dnt need coding knowledge.its free to build but later charges to deploy the app

Depends on the features of the app, and the kind of integrations you want. Personal suggestion will be to learn coding yourself because at a point you can't outsource everything, you will have to get a co-founder or step up urself
