Every order is depend on your you past work and customer satisfaction. Mostly these type of startups invest money in world of mouth marketing. Start participating in networking events and try to distribute your attractive company card . Start giving elevator pitches Create some offers like bnpl , bulk discount and 100% refund if you don't like our work . At the end of the day if you able to gain first 100 order then automatically you get free 10-15 monthly orders without doing any advertising.
