You can do that even without quitting, don't leave a job without a backup unless you are really mentally physically struggling. Yeah I can understand your concern towards the students, but the best I think you can do is start with 1 person. Select a student you know from any college and make him get a job. Train him, give him tips on cracking a job, show him opportunities, make him learn skills. All of these can only happen if that person is interested. So find that kind of a student, and then improve the number. Tackling today's engineering students in mass numbers is next to impossible unless you are a coaching institute or police or a political leader😂. I've tried it failed at it horribly, I've only now have 5-6 students and they're doing really well.
