Hello Shabhya!! I might not be 100% correct, but atleast I can give you my opinion. Let's go one by one. By reading what you said, I'm assuming that you are an engineering student. See, there's no need to take pressure of studies, no need to mug up/to understand each and everything from the syllabus, just read the interesting topics according to you. This will create curiosity about the rest of the topic. I agree studying is boring, but group study is fun. Secondly, if you are learning any skill, try to implement it in the real world. Go to LinkedIn, find the relevant people and ask them, how can I add value to your business using my XYZ skills. This will take time, but atleast you'll get an idea about what's going on regarding the real world application of your skills. Managing time for me is bit different. We all have 24 hourse and we can't buy time, so eliminate the things which are consuming your time. Creating a routine is easy, but following it is difficult.(I'vreachedTheLimit)

Social Skills Tip: Make it a habit to talk to one stranger every day. The more people you interact with, the more socially fluent you get. And social fluency is learned. Nobody is born with social skills. You can fix that. ....

People often underestimate the value and power of skills. To create something or succeed in any field, you need skills. School alone likely won’t teach you everything, so you'll need to develop these skills independently. If you're seeking employme
