Basically this scam is managed by various organizations who operate on the internet to boost your business ratings on Google [Fake ratings / Fake reviews] The business owner is charged an X amount to get X number of reviews within a tenure of x days for an x amount. Data entry workers are hired or such scam is initiated to fulfill these contracts

I just encountered this same scam about 30 minutes ago. Someone claiming to be from CoinDCX called me and said I could earn money by leaving a review and sending a screenshot on Telegram. It's a scam!
