I don't think we lack at skills. I think we give up on what we are doing really soon. We gotta stay strong mentally and emotionally to face difficulties. Skills get developed when you put an effort. To put an effort a human must be capable of having
Nah, it's not like that - what I meant is that whenever we went for hiring , we got some amazing resumes but the moment we ask them to show the skills , they f*ck up ....
