Nah, it's not like that - what I meant is that whenever we went for hiring , we got some amazing resumes but the moment we ask them to show the skills , they f*ck up ....

No, i meant they just learn some starting stuffs and claims they know entire skill . So we need up skills

They're lacking behind cause they don't put effort to learn willingly. They are not aware of their potential. We both are saying the same thing in different sentences.
