I need your suggestion. So I have an idea about start-up, and I made a pitch deck and business plan for start-up. So basically first I need to make a web or app. I need some people like content maker , full stack developer and web or app designer for my start-up. But the problem is I don't have money to pay them. So what do I do ? Should I go to the investors and asking for funding on the basis of idea ? Give me suggestions. I can find the co-founder but what if I don't want a co-founder ?

Before finding any co-founder or employee. First register the company and share some more details so that people will understand and what their vision gonna be. So best of luck.

What's your background? If possible learn the basic skills and make first prototype. By showing it the potential customer you will get feedback and might catch eye of some skilled co founder which could help you further.
