𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 Recently I have come across this article of "Ghost Malls". There are couple of reasons behind this like, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: 1) Majority of the middle class people still prefer to shop at the bazaar. And the people who visit malls the most are upper middle class people which are small percentage. 2) The rise of E-Commerce with variety of options such as Amazon, flipkart, myntra and blinkit and many more which are mostly used by huge chunk of the population makes it convenient for the consumers. And just and minor reason could be because most of the indians are not adapted to mall culture? I could be wrong. 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 1) Adding movie theaters and entertainment. 2) Incorporating fast food or higher quality dining options. 3) Enhancing visual appeal with eye catching aesthetics towards targeted consumers . 4) Creating spaces for friends, family and couples 👀. Your thots? Let me down

Calling ₹70 LPA, ₹2 Cr homes, and international schools 'middle class' is a slap in the face to 99% of India! Real middle class struggles at ₹5-15 LPA, paying EMIs for a ₹30L flat.
