While your thoughts have mettle but WFH as a use case has a lot of potential. You can get a lot of actual work done in alot of the domains by letting people do some quality work from the place they seem fit . One needs to justify the use case, is all. I run an agency with a small team out of which only 2 people work in person and the rest 4 people work from their places and the work they get done is maad! I wouldn't want them to come to my office for something they get done from their homes. Now ofcourse my co-founders need to be here to plan, plot and execute but the ones that implement these plans, can do it in the way they seem fit.
