With regard to IT sector, is it better to switch on Functional roles such as Business Analyst with service based companies at early stage of Career(with 2 to 3 years of technical experience) or Be at technical role with product based company and then Transition to Business roles at later stages of Career( 6 to 8 years), Please suggest?
