A lot of us may be considering here the worst case scenarios of building a startup. Questions like "What if this doesn't work out, am I going to end up homeless?" In fact a lot of us, given that we start, have a high probability of failing. Y Combinator's videos do tell you that failed startup founders are highly employable, but the Indian job market is entirely different. I'd like to discuss, what are the options for failed startups in India? If they carry on building more businesses, do you think they can manage to convince VCs and investors once again? And how employable are they if they fail? Are failed startup founders easily recruited by investment banks, VCs or other startups as product managers?

How employable are failed startup founders in India? Especially that are not coders. Do they get jobs or is there a stigma attached to it?

A lot of founders think funding = validation, but that’s just step one. If you can’t turn that capital into real, sustainable growth, it’s just a countdown to running out of cash. Just because a startup raises VC money doesn’t mean it’s successful. V
