Currently in India every one is copying QSR model and try to scale all over the India without any proper regional food knowledge. Around 98% cafe and restaurant are closed or running in loss because they all are just copying other company model. Many
People say copying isn't the right thing. But a successful business model is a successful business model, and if done right it can take out your competitors!
