I've faced it too. The thing that worked for me is making To-do list everyday. By making to do list, I have that urge to tick that check box at the end of the day and that feels like an achievement. While studying, select a topic and fix a time period within which you'll be completing that and then give yourself 10-15 min break to do the stuffs you like (maybe reels, YouTube or anything that hits dopamine) and after that, repeat the process. Try making targets at the start of the day which should be achieved by the end of the day.
