Just normal relocation of assets. They have already build some positions in some stocks! Nifty future looks promising, lots of new contracts in market! VIX ATH, Nifty PE bouncing back from Median PE. After a retest it will swing up! (All these are assumptions based on my strategies, may be wrong)
