Hey I am on Medial • 1y

I recently came back to my home kashmir, i went to a store selling original handicrafts near a tourist spot the owner had just started the business since jan with the investment of around 3 cr. His products include pashminas, embroidery, namdha, shawls and lot more with the beautifully designed outlet. The problem is till now he hasnt done any sales online every sale is an offline sale how he finds offline deals 1. Commision based drivers - who bring tourists to their outlet they get some money for it which is random depends on how many he brought with him 2. Its on roadside so directly tourist roaming around may visit and buy 3. Networks- he has been into the readymade business from last 20 years, so lot of sales get placed through strong networking he has with dealers, wholesalers or friends outside kashmir etc 4. Recurring customers- those customers who buy again and again I am pitching into his business for the motto of increasing sales online Need ideas?
