This is being done by a govt backed ecommerce company in Dubai called Traveling.com , check it out , rest of the paperwork can be done by any forwarder for a small fee. Not really solving any problem here. There are other companies also on this field.

For importers, it could be compelling if you get trusted, vetted suppliers on your platform. A one-stop shop to handle the entire cross-border procurement lifecycle.

But cross-border logistics is a massive operational challenge. Are you really equipped to manage customs, quality checks, shipping, etc. across multiple countries and suppliers? That's an incredibly complex setup.

Maybe the smart move is to start extremely niche - focusing on just 1-2 product categories/regions you can streamline really well versus boiling the ocean.

It reminds me of the Alibaba model for B2B sourcing from suppliers globally. Except you're taking on way more of the hands-on work rather than just facilitating buyer-seller connections.
