The ans is quite simple why did you wasted your 12 years in giving 10th exams why you didn't directly started the prep for 10th boards because you need to learn the basics first and have a habit of learning and understanding those complex topics. Do you think a 10th pass student will be able to design data structures and apply logic. The whole thing is a process and btw if you want to learn the things directly there nobody stopping you. You can learn while studying. One more thing the mastery you are talking about is what people do in the colleges.
