There is lack of skilled people. The collages's course is decades old and it doesn't help. You can get a job by just learning coming from free YouTube playlist but end up nowhere if you go for a cs degree

In my opinion, we lack both Let's take the example of engineering There are many people who do engineering the number is huge But only a small proportion of them graduate from worthy colleges Therefore the others are either underpaid or unemployed And there is a theory in economics that speaks about it I'll explain it in simpler words Suppose you are a brand owner who requires 5 employees for the current year But next year you expand your brand so you might need 3 more employees And if the same happens next year A rational person would not hire more people rather he would give an increment to his current employees and make them work a lil extra By this you are able to divide the salary of one person to all other people Therefore, there is even a decline in employment after a few years That's why the highly populated countries like ours need more companies to employ our people!

Jobs are present. People are present What lacks is the number of people having the relevant useful skills etc for the market. Most of the people are stuck in the old trends of the market and hope to make something big. But end up being unemployed. Being up to date is important

As a business person i could say that people lack in skills. We do need a lot of man power but it is very difficult to find a worthful employee

Now coming to the second qus between javascript and ai I would say do both. Practice one as your profession and one as your passion means give one thing most of your time and master it but don't leave the second thing practice it on slow pace

My opinion on unemployment contains both lack of skill and low ratio of available jobs to gradutes every year. Just think every year we get around 15 lac engineers everyday. So how can you appoint 15 lac people every year while there are already people who are working. So only best of the best will get choosen and that where your skills play a role.

I think there are also issues with the hiring process in India. Many companies rely on outdated methods, such as only considering candidates from certain universities or with certain degrees.

I don't think learning coding is ever a risk. Even if you don't end up working as a developer, having coding skills can be useful in a variety of fields.

As for learning coding vs. AI engineering, it really depends on your interests and career goals. Both fields have a lot of potential, but it's important to choose the one that aligns with what you want to do.

I think it's a combination of both. There are definitely skilled people out there, but there may not be enough jobs to go around. And with the rise of automation, some jobs are becoming obsolete.

According to me , I think, the one who is dedicated and gets a chance to do a job, can definitely get to greater heights, but in today's scenario, a graduate finds it difficult to get a good job. Skills and perfection comes with job. It's the company who gives them a chance to prove them There are many instances that a company takes an average student and it turns out to be one of an important asset to company Companies should give graduates a chance
