Buddy if somebody downloaded it means their is a problem and they want solution but the solution they have is not solving the problem we just have to improve the weakness and even you are agreeing with problem

Startup is one which helps in solving the problems of the market or public. Like Ola, Zomato, all these have made our work easy. Therefore for startup we need to understand the market problem or find its solution.
Can somebody please explain how the startup showcase contest on medial works? How do they rank the startup ideas (Upvotes, etc?)? And do we need a minimum viable product (MVP) to improve our chances of winning?
