Why doesn't Medial auto refresh the likes and comments count. Why do I have to manually refresh feed to see it's current count?

Although there is lots of people on medial , but I didn't see any post with 100+ likes 🥸

I can guarantee the medial team will see a huge increase in user engagement by just adding 'mentioning' capability in posts and comments.
