What do you guys think about Shark Tank’s quality of startups from season 1-3? Is it getting better or worse?

If you focus on Economy, you will prosper. If you focus on Politics, politicians will prosper. Smart people will focus on Economy 1824 days, on the day of election, they will focus on Politics.

How do you deal with distractions? Do you just ignore them? Cut those distractions out? Or do you fully exhaust yourself in those distractions so you can focus on the main task with 100% attention?
