How do u guys handle ur daily distractions like social media and stuff?

1. Turn off Notifications from distracting apps (Insta for me). 2. Lower the notification sound as a whole and prevent lighting of the screen when something pops up. 3. Keep the apps you want to use in the home screen. And the distracting apps to other screens or hidden folders where it becomes difficult to click (eg. top left corner)

There's a huge fallacy in consumer apps, that you can solve retention by building a new usecase. As you keep introducing new screens on your app, the conversion % keeps dropping.
