Biggest thing that people who we know as marwadi or Gujarati 10 out of 9 definitely start their own business even their parents encourag them their environment support them ( environment means their surroundings, they talk and think about businesses from childhood even their parents don't hesitate to talk about businesses in fron of them ) So obviously they are learning from childhood and mey be they learn less but matters what , they learn atleat So I think that factor about I have discussed above plays too much important role ! 🤠

Sab networking hai, a Sindhi friend of mine started a restaurant with premium pricing menu, but still everything worked out seamlessly for him. Whole sindhi community helped him, they booked him for catarers spread the word for him for no favors in return, they just help their community people. All marwadi, gujrati, sindhi etc. These communities help each other even if they sell golgappa on the streets.

Pure Leadership mentality and always try to save things for future generation and that's why they face less losses compare to other businessman.

I've always been so impressed by their networking abilities too though. They are straight up CONNECTORS who have this preternatural genius for making the right connections and strategic partnerships happen across industries. I mean look at *Ahem* Ambani, adani

The ability to scrimp and save like nobody's business is definitely a factor. These folks will live pauper lifestyles for years if needed to build up that seed capital and get their big business visions off the ground. Delayed gratification kings.

It's all about that jugaad mentality baby! These guys will find a way to turn a profit from literally anything - even stuff the rest of us would consider garbage or useless. Failed startups, weird side hustles, you name it. Gujarati/Marwari entrepreneurs are the masters of jugaad.
