What do you think why gujarati business man are able to run their business successfully.
[This post has been deleted by the creator]
The most important trait the gujarati people have is that they know how to take "Risk" and they totally believe in long term investing. Moreover they are good at customer acquisition and retention.
In their genes, Fact : No they hard work and they have a good network which help each other to make the business profitable.
Also we have social bonding and mix up well Financial, business, personal anything else
As a gujarati, we took pretty simple steps and simple business, we do lot's of marketing as we have "bole ena bor vechay", we have good family support and risk taking here is pretty good actually
They are Money Minded and Selfish 🤑
I am also Gujarati, 😂 the most important thing for us to do business is taking a risk, if when i inform my family that i have to start the business, they just said that don't step back. 1. Take risk 2. Long term planning
When I went to Gujrat and tried to understand the business environment it was mainly: 1. They run simple businesses 2. Investing in long-term assets 3. They are very humble and value money. 4. Very high risk-taking mentality. 5. Somewhere family bonding plays important roles too. And more of! They try to do their best with the least resources.
According to me why gujrati people earn more because. ● Gujarati people mostly invest in simple business. ● Start Businesses with durable moats. ● They understand arbitrage. ● They think to choose and start existing business (eg: Grocery shops, Pharma companies, and ideas that are already working) rather than innovation.
Main reason is the social bonding. Gujratis typically have great financial bondings with family and friends even if there is affection or not. They also have a great risk taking ability but the main reason is their social behaviour. If you go to Mumbai and see al the gujus there you will observe they are pretty close and have at times grouped businesses with their companions. They also have a really cost-effitient lifestyle or should I say kanjus, well not all but many due and that's a factor I think we all know is true.
The environment they get from their families and the risk taking mentality makes them different from other business man
Risk bro they never hesitate to take risk
Leverage from their families
It's it in their roots I believe. The way to you group in the numerous people of doing jobs and growing up in a city full of their own startups have a lot of difference. The risk taking ability they have makes the whole difference.
Money management and risk taking ability
Sometimes family matters
