Marketing is very very hard, building an awesome product is very easy, Marketing involves to reach people building product can be built solo.
Focus on your passion, don't wait for others to join you. Pursue it solo, and like-minded individuals will naturally gravitate towards you.

Even though 25% of all startups on Carta have just a solo founder, VCs hesitate to fund them.
Having 2 to 3 founders seems to be the sweet spot if you were to raise VC money while building a startup.

Is it okay for me to be a solo founder? I have an idea but I am not able to build conviction to hire anyone as a co-founder yet. I think I can manage and scale things alone and I have people who can help me build my startup till a significant scale.
