Tbh I don't know much about real estate sector , so I can't suggest you anything for now .

I just want to bring some new tech related innovative ideas in this real estate field,my motive was to change this old real estate into something new

That's a great motive, but you know real estate sector is super hard to change , because it has involvment of politicians , bank , black money and all
