I want to start a construction company. Can anybody give the tips about how I start It and and things I do. Actually my father is a contrator and I like to convert it into a company and operates it.So give me some suggestions.

Actually it is all done thru a contractor, so wouldn’t it be better if you use your fathers networks..initially?

Though I am able to read, write and learn thru English, i am struggling to speak. Hence i wish to communicate the things thru speaking fluent English. Can any body help me to get it done.
Honestly actually I am just turning 18 tomorrow I need my way around on what things to do or apply next? important documents and things that should be done earlier the better.

It was difficult to make search functionality. But I have done it, (Almost 80%). Now I have to use the Fuzzy algorithm to make it work for the typo error also.
