Can we get funding based on idea without any results or testing ? If yes where can I get it ?

Yeah there are several angel investors which give money based on ideas but do ensure to have a prototype.

No nobody gives you funding only on idea . Funding totally depend on your research , revenue model , scaling model , marketing model , retention rate and team

Yeah shiv but I think there are small events which give small amount of money on just idea which does have a prototype or something like that to show u have started a bit.Rest u could be also right as I didn't research much for these events.
