UX design integral things: I have spent two decades in UX design as well as UI design. These are some of my mantras which I developed for all the UX designers out there. I am currently penning a book on that. The title goes "Have a D.O.P.E, Make some L.O.V.E & Take some R.E.S.T" D.O.P.E stands for Data On Previous Engagement L.O.V.E stands for Listen Observe Value Empathize R.E.S.T stands for Research Evaluate Synthesise Test A very crucial aspect to look for before you put UX framework into existence. There has to be a complete cohesiveness among these three to derive a meaningful IA(Information Architecture). My design thinking workshops for stake holders and users follow these steps to find out the pain points and build a strong user persona in cognizance with journey mapping. I will be more than willing to discuss, share and ideate further personally. Best wishes to everyone.
