Why brands do not sell water in beverage cans?

Although, Aluminium is 100% recyclable and can be reused many times. Whereas, Plastic can be recycled only limited number of times. As far as Manufacturing cost is concerned, Plastic Bottles can cost 1.5 INR to 2.5 INR. Whereas, Cans can cost 2.5 INR - 3.5 INR. Canning facilities are not much available or wide spread or easily accessible as Plastic Bottle Manufacturing facilities. Talking about Taste, Water stored in Aluminium Cans will have a better taste. (May be)
