I think the founder having mental clarity about their startup on how - what and why it should be built, helps in the first place. If they knows why only they should work on their startup, then surely they shall figure it out about whom to work with and get right about it.

That's why I said that we must figure out what and who we are in the first place. Only through knowing ourselves clearly, we can understand and filter whom to work with. And it sounds silly if people looks for money in the beginning coz by that they had lost the opportunity to earn a gold mine i.e., a fortune, a future for themselves in the coming years.
