I was looking for a flat in Kolkata Salt Lake Sector 5. I explore different platforms and Facebook groups as well. I found that most of the working professionals wants to live in a flat and they have issue for price. I checked Facebook groups and found that people's who has already taken flats are messaging that one room is available or one person can adjust..these types of stuffs. I was wondering to make a platform in which Flat owners or People's can list their flat and their availability and one can find it easily through the platform and also platform will take some personal information so that it is safe for all flatmates. I'm in B.Tech first and learning MERN and decided to make a platform like this till next year as a my startup idea which focus on cities like Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Noida.. these types of cities. I am seeking about some suggestions that is this good idea for implementation
