I had this idea but dropped out. I had planned for modified e-scooter(like in western countries) such that it has good ground clearance considering road conditions. You can have sell the system (scooters+business setup assistance +mapping). And can charge them for one time cost(procuring scooters) and second cost for operation (app maintenance + scooters tracking). Whereas the operator will earn a good premium on operations but he has to pay for electric charging stations + maintenence of scooters. E-scooters can be folded and stored easily. Cons - 1. Because they are flexible, they can be stolen. 2. Accidents. 3. Poor Ground/Road infrastructure.
