It is really hard to pick a car to buy. Anything that can be looked at in the 15-25 L range? Should have: Automatic Transmission Petrol Good ground clearance SUV 80% city driving. 5000 km / year. Yes, only 5k. Will not buy Tata, Skoda, Volkswagen. Considering Creta / 3XO.

Considering a bulk of your driving is in the city, a NA peteol engine will be a far smoother experience over a turbo which can feel jerky in traffic. Plus CVT transmission is a better option. Check out the Honda Elevate CVT and Creta CVT. Both are great overall packages.

Consider 3xo that might be great choice and it has adas 2.0 too and If u need good resell value consider toyota company - my fav fortuner, urban cruiser. Best road presence tata harrier, tata curvv, XUV 700, hyundai alcazar, VW virtus, jeep compass base variant, honda elevate. If u need Millage consider Suzuki but no safety. I pick tata curvv and jeep compass at that price.

Creta is a no-brainer for your budget and needs. Hyundai’s after-sales service is miles ahead of others, and it’s perfect for city driving with the occasional highway trip. Plus, 5000 km a year? You’ll be set for years without much hassle.

In that price range, for city driving and your limited usage, Creta ticks all the boxes: AT, petrol, and decent ground clearance. 5k km/year? You don’t need anything fancy, and Creta’s resale value is solid too.
