Dubey focused on value creation by creating a Desi vibe through khullads, whereas our praful bhayya was very focused on creating value of his company/thelas by creating so many franchises without market research and proper planning. Also, that guys never was focused on his company, rather he was into building his own identity as he was only talking about his skills like staying one full month in his friends houses just by convincing them with his words, after which he might've lost all of them, same thing happened with his company also, but I think actually he wasn't that selfish, but was trying to create his own brand identity rather than company's.
