Why just a farmland, and not an additional option of small greenhouse kind of place as well. The greens which can be grown and cultivated in the greenhouse, would consume comparatively lesser resources maybe, and the labour would definitely not be as tedious as cultivation on a farmland (would earn profits both ways). So, you can probably add this option in your implementation. A choice of farmland/greenhouse kinda zone. This will help the user feel more free in terms of cultivation choices! Rest, this feels interesting to see getting implemented someday!
