Edtech industry has a very high competition right now ,be it IIT-JEE edtech coaching industry,be it upskilling for coding etc.And most of them are free on YouTube so people are taking those courses which u will offer ,free on YouTube .U need to stand out from them ,u have to find inovative ideas be it in teaching the students so that u can attract students and create a fanbase like physics wallah created due to his simplicity in explaining everything,basically u wanna play with the minds of the students who are accessing them so u can increase the customer acquisition,I think customer acquisition is the main thing which u need to focus and marketing on YouTube shorts can a win situation for u also rest the points which u have highlighted like focus on impact and learning environment that I have told that u have to be innvotaive in teaching like something which no one has seen ...
