Hi Rajan, It would be a freemium model. People can use it for free with limited features and and If they want all feature then they have to opt for a paid one. I think If I target US and europe market we can get paying user. But I believe If we offer

Hi Nishant, If you are targeting the West, specifically the European and US markets, I would advise you to conduct some research with that in mind. From my understanding, people in the West prefer laptops and computers over phones when it comes to email. It's simply a habit for them. Therefore, sending notifications through WhatsApp may become irrelevant. I would also advise you to keep pricing in mind. There are many cases where people build and launch something, but very few are ready to use it or pay for it.
